Team Leader (Bilingual Spanish & English)

The Team Leader plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and productivity of the team. They are responsible for overseeing various aspects of team performance, including communication, task management, coaching, and administrative tasks. The Team Leader works closely with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders to achieve team goals and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor communication channels for timesheet disputes, tickets, client/task related issues, and feedback.
  • Conduct follow-ups on unresolved issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Coordinate VPN access and troubleshoot any related issues.
  • Track team performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze data to assess individual and team performance against set targets.
  • Prepare daily coaching sessions for team members, focusing on performance improvement and skill development.
  • Develop coaching materials and resources as needed.
  • Address performance issues and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage administrative tasks.
  • Perform end-of-week (EOW) and attendance scrubbing to ensure accuracy of records.
  • Maintain and update team trackers to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with Point of Sale (POS) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Conduct daily onboarding sessions for new team members, providing them with necessary information and resources to integrate smoothly into the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is a plus. 
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Slack, Google Drive, and VPN software.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Willing to work in the Pacific Time (PST) schedule (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST). 
  • With own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above & Microsoft Office) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps
