We are looking for a proactive individual capable of independently driving sales and revenue growth. They will promote and sell our products or services to potential customers, foster relationships with existing clients, and strive to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Discover new business opportunities, formulate and implement sales strategies, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with existing customers, ensure their satisfaction, and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Address customer concerns and deliver outstanding service to foster long-term customer loyalty.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Document sales activities and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments like marketing and customer support to ensure a unified and effective approach to sales and account management.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
    B2B experience is a plus.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field is required. Candidates with experience in the same or related industry may be preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are crucial.
  • Strong customer service skills for maintaining relationships with existing customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software, as well as other sales and marketing tools.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the market, industry, or company strategy.
  • Willingness to work in the Pacific Time (PST) schedule (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST). This is during the graveyard shift in Manila Time.
  • Must have a personal Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps.
