As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing sales efforts. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth by achieving or exceeding annual sales targets. You will develop and execute strategic plans to expand our customer base and ensure long-term success.

Responsibilities:

  • Exceed annual sales targets within your assigned territory and customer accounts.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets. This plan should outline actionable steps to penetrate the market, identify key opportunities, and mitigate potential challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers. You will be the primary point of contact, understanding their business needs, objectives, and challenges, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services through proposals and presentations. Your ability to articulate the benefits and advantages of our offerings will be crucial in closing deals.
  • Stay informed about category-specific landscapes and trends. This includes monitoring competitor activities, industry developments, and market shifts to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular reports on factors that impact the tactical budgets and strategic direction of customer accounts. Your insights will inform decision-making processes and help optimize sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Previous experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a relevant industry.
  • Proficiency in sales and CRM software.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work on the Pacific Standard Time schedule.
  • Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
