We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant with a legal background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of sales experience and a deep understanding of legal services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing consultations with potential clients, providing expert guidance, and driving conversions to secure new business for our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct presentations to demonstrate the benefits of our products.
  • Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s services or products.
  • Research sales statistics and establish sales potential with new businesses in our target area.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by achieving a 50% conversion rate of consultations to hires.
  • Use promotional methods such as phone calls, emails, and social media to reach potential clients and build a long-lasting business relationship with them.
  • Become an expert in our product offerings and serve as a go-to source for clients who want more information concerning our products.
  • Determine new ways to make our services appealing by observing the environment and current trends.
  • Perform demos every day.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field is a plus!
  • 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a legal services environment.
  • Strong understanding of legal concepts and terminology.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple consultations efficiently.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • B2B experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are crucial.
  • Strong customer service skills for maintaining relationships with existing customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the market, industry, or company strategy.
  • Willingness to work in the Pacific Time (PST) schedule (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST).
  • Must have a personal Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps.
