The HR Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting human resources activities and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes within the organization. This position involves a combination of administrative tasks, employee support, and participation in HR initiatives. The HR Coordinator will collaborate closely with HR managers and team members to maintain an efficient and organized HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files.
  • Handle confidential employee information with discretion and compliance.
  • Assist employees with benefits inquiries and enrollment processes.
  • Collaborate with benefits providers and HR teams to ensure effective benefits administration.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Communicate policies to employees and ensure compliance.
  • Address employee queries and concerns, providing support and guidance.
  • Participate in the resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Support the performance appraisal process by tracking timelines and assisting in documentation.
  • Provide assistance in implementing performance improvement plans.
  • Stay informed about labor laws and regulations, ensuring HR practices comply with legal requirements.
  • Assist in audits and compliance reporting as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar HR role.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in GSuite, JotForm.
  • Willing to work in the Pacific Time (PST) schedule (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST). This is during the graveyard shift in Manila Time
  • With own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above & Microsoft Office) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps
