1. Legal Assistant:
Provide attorneys with comprehensive administrative and clerical support, including document preparation, filing, and scheduling.
Assist with legal research, drafting correspondence, and maintaining case files.
Coordinate and manage communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to legal procedures and deadlines.

2. Paralegal:

Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings, and discovery preparation.
Organize and manage case files, documents, and exhibits.
Coordinate with clients, experts, and witnesses to gather necessary information and documentation.
Prepare deposition summaries, trial binders, and other trial support materials.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of case-related activities and deadlines.

3. Case Manager:

Oversee and manage a portfolio of client cases, ensuring efficient and effective case progression.
Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case status.
Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, experts, and other stakeholders to develop case strategies and action plans.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
Prepare and organize case documentation, exhibits, and trial materials.

4. Intake Specialist:

Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to assess their legal needs and determine case viability.
Gather and record detailed information accurately and efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Assist in the preparation of client contracts and engagement letters.
Collaborate with the legal team to ensure a smooth transition of cases from intake to legal assistance.

5. Demand Writer:

Prepare demand letters and other written communications to opposing parties, insurance companies, or other entities.
Conduct thorough research to support claims and effectively communicate the client’s position.
Craft persuasive arguments and negotiate settlements in line with client objectives.
Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to gather necessary information and documentation.
Maintain accurate records of correspondence and update case files accordingly.

6. Virtual Attorney:

Provide legal counsel and representation to clients remotely through virtual communication channels.
Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic advice on various legal matters.
Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external parties to build strong case strategies.
Attend virtual court proceedings, depositions, and negotiations as required.
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure legal compliance and offer informed advice

7. Medical Biller

Utilize proficient understanding of CPT & ICD-10 coding and medical billing procedures to accurately prepare and submit medical insurance claims.
Demonstrate knowledge of insurance claim submission processes and reimbursement practices to ensure timely reimbursement.
Verify and review claim information for completeness and compliance with billing regulations.
Record and reconcile payments received from insurance companies and patients

8. Medical Scribe

Accurately document patient encounters, including medical histories, eye examinations, and treatment plans, in Eyefinity, the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Assist optometrists during patient examinations by recording findings, test results, and treatment recommendations in real-time.
Coordinate with the pharmacy to send prescriptions and ensure timely delivery of medications to patients.
Facilitate communication between the optometrist and other healthcare providers by sending referrals and coordinating follow-up care as needed.

9. Medical Admin Assistant

Gather medical documents via phone calls or emails
Collecting documents from clients like (police reports, hospital bills, etc.)
Schedule patients appointments, conduct follow ups and confirm appointments.
Get the client into treatment based on their reported injuries
Review patient balances
Contact doctors’ offices to introduce our practice and obtain referrals
Follow up with patient statements and bills
Assist the medical biller in completing tasks, including writing appeal letters

10. Sales Executive/Sales Closer

Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demos to potential clients.
Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue from each sale.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
Execute full cycle closing, from initial contact to contract signing.

11. Marketing Assistant

Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
Supporting marketing executives in organizing various projects
Conducting market research and analyzing consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
Conducting comprehensive internet research to identify relevant journalists, media outlets, and industry influencers.

12. Executive Assistant

Manage and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements for the Business Developer and Managers.
Utilize software tools such as Monday.com, RingCentral, and QuickBooks to create and maintain systems as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.

13. Sales Assistant

Provide timely follow-up communication to nurture leads and keep potential clients engaged. Send reminders and relevant information to prospects to ensure a positive customer experience.
Assist in executing targeted cold calling campaigns to identify and qualify potential leads. Clearly communicate the benefits of the products and services you are offering.
Research and build targeted lists of potential clients based on specified criteria. Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment with target markets and industries.
