Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, you must take the online interview in order to pass the qualifications to enter our training programs. The sooner you sign up and submit, the sooner you will be hired with a client in our network.
A typical schedule starts at 8 AM and will end at 4 PM. The timezone and anything more specific will depend on the client which we can confirm during the client interview.
You will be able to receive feedback within 24 – 28 hours after your initial interview.
Our Near-Hire Training is a 2-day compensated training provided to candidates before they get invited to client interviews. This pre-hire process aims to prepare you for client interviews and your future responsibilities with the client.

- OPERATING SYSTEM: Windows 10 and above OR 3 most recent macOS versions
- RAM: 8 GB and above
Yes, your application will still be processed even while you are currently connected with another company. Our Talent Acquisition Team will be verifying your start date and will process you accordingly. Please bear in mind that we won’t be able to move forward with your application if you have a second job that will conflict with your working hours with us.
Growth, in terms of job title and responsibilities, will have to depend on the client you are working with. On the other hand, as a staffing company, we can provide you with performance-based salary increases every year.
Currently, we are unable to proceed with any application where the intention is to pursue concurrent employment. This is due to our clients’ need for employees who can commit to specific working hours and remain available throughout their entire shift.
